Tenant Handbook

Moving into a rented home can be daunting. Even those who have lived in rented property before need to understand the terms of their new tenancy and know how to make the most of local services. That’s why Willow Park Housing Trust, asked us to develop a Tenant Handbook for distribution to each of their 8,000 homes.

Our primary challenge was to produce a handbook that communicated, in plain english, all the important information required. We knew that we had to make the handbook something of a ‘page-turner’, encouraging its audience to read it and keep it for long term reference.
